How we’d work togther
We’ll start with a global movement assessment, taking your joints and muscles through 54 individual tests allows me to get a clear picture of how your body functions and identify the areas for improvement.
Included in this first session will be a tailored training programme that’ll addresses the root cause of your discomfort, performance concerns or recurring injuries. You can undertake this as part of your existing gym programme or through 1-1 in-gym coaching with myself (at an additional cost, see Coaching ricing).
From here we’ll have shorter (45 minute) check-in assessments as required, monitoring your progress. Each time you’ll get an updated programme based on the lates results and your feedback. This process allows me to address the root causes of discomfort, poor performance, or recurring injuries.
